1. Return Period:

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted. If a return is approved, the product will be picked up within 3–5 working days.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

3. Initiation of Refund:

Refunds will be initiated once Shop Cricket USA receives the returned product and confirms its eligibility for a refund. Please ensure you provide the following information in the email: Order Number, Email ID, Product Name, Pick-up Address, Contact +919886823856, Reason for Return. Our team will respond within the next 24-48 business hours.

4. Refund Method:

For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited directly to the provided bank account within 7-10 days. Please ensure accurate bank details are provided for a seamless refund process.

5. Return Shipping Cost:

A return shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount. This deduction covers return shipping expenses.

8. Exclusions:

We reserve the right not to accept the return of products that we believe are being returned after use, washed, soiled, or damaged, except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you. Personalized and customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
